Often technology teachers and ed tech coaches in districts don’t have large “team”. This is especially the case with smaller districts or those districts that haven’t made the shift to having technology coaches. I experienced this issue when I was a technology specialist for two years in my small school district. Because of this experience I wrote a blog post called PD for EdTech Coaches that gives options for PD when options don’t exist to fit your needs within your school or district. I have also had great experience getting the PD I have needed over the years simply by asking for it.
